Melisa completed her International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma in Birmingham, UK, before pursuing her passion for hospitality at the prestigious Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) in Switzerland, widely recognized as the world’s leading school of hospitality. She further honed her skills during her management training at the Sheraton Hotel Grande Tokyo Bay in Japan, part of Starwood’s renowned management program. Since 2015, she has served as Executive Assistant to the CEO at 5-star hotel chain Daima Hotels in Antalya, Kemer. This global experience shaped her ability to deliver top-tier services with an understanding of diverse cultural needs.

Fluent in English, German, and Turkish, with additional proficiency in Japanese and Greek, Melisa’s multilingual skills allow her to cater to clients from around the world with ease.
